QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on PLM projects.
  • Strong knowledge of PLM systems and processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Manager to oversee and manage our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) project. The PMO Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project by coordinating and managing all project activities, reporting of timely and qualitative metrics to stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and metrics. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget and send reports, alerts to the management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, project team members, and external partners. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, equipment, and materials. Ensure optimal utilization of resources to achieve project goals.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, SOW’s, CR’s, PO’s and risk registers.
