Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 5 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing or project management
International experience a plus
Strategic skills and mindset, strong collaboration skills

Fluent English skills required, German language skills are beneficial
Responsibilities
This role is the key interface in the global Sales Excellence team that is connecting the dots across the central team and the SBU and regional teams and managing projects to completion
Project Management & Implementation – This role will lead 2-3 critical projects and drive them to implementation across Sales Excellence globally
The role will also oversee the leadership team and global workshop sessions, including setting the overall agenda, coordination, and facilitating all sessions
Initiative Tracking / PMO Coordination – Establishing an approach to better track our key projects across global Sales Excellence to provide a more comprehensive picture, avoid duplicating efforts, and enable scaling of best practices across teams
Strategic Planning – Member of the Sales Excellence leadership team and strong lead in shaping the future direction of global Sales Excellence team planning
