We have an opportunity for a PMO Governance Analyst to join our team and be part of the Core Ledger programme is multi year delivery programme within the Customer Products & Services (CP&S). Mō te Tūranga | About the Role What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete? Design, configure, manage, and support Atlassian tools, primarily Jira. Design and maintain Jira projects, permissions, and users, custom Jira workflows, fields, dashboards, filters, reports and queries. Support programme delivery leads and promote best practice and working within BNZ / CLR delivery frameworks. Support and influence adoption and upskilling of users Proactively analyze, review, and document functionality to determine potential areas of improvement Analyse data within the workflow and engage with stakeholders to review. Champion lessons learned and embed ongoing improvements Support the wider programme governance function as required, executive pack creation, coverage for programme coordinators and programme administrators What is the team culture and environment like? What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity? The programme is large and complex. The pace can be fast at times, and the deadlines need to be met. You will be fully supported to overcome these challenges, individual challenges are wider team challenges. What do we want you to know before you apply? There will be peaks and troughs of busy periods. Change is the constant in a busy programme. Be prepared to roll with change and be open and adaptable. What will success look like for the candidate in this role? You will quickly become part of the team and programme. Our management and delivery teams will be directly supported by the day to day tasks you will perform. You will be a team player and open to seeking out help and also providing help to others, we are a team. What technical skills / skills are REQUIRED for this role? Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile methodologies. Experience with Atlassian software solutions specifically Jira and Confluence. Experience as a Jira Administrator on a large-scale project, including designing and supporting custom Jira workflows, fields, dashboards, filters and reports and queries including JQL.
