About the Role We're seeking a PMO to partner with our Product Management team to bring operational excellence, process improvements, and scalable frameworks to how we discover, plan, build, and launch products. Unlike traditional software development focussed PMOs, this role centers on the unique challenges of product management—balancing customer needs, business strategy, and cross-functional coordination. You'll work closely with product managers to eliminate friction, create clarity, and establish the rhythms and structures that allow our different product teams to scale effectively while maintaining strategic focus. Key Responsibilities Design and implement frameworks for prioritization and roadmap management that scale across product lines. Implement knowledge management systems to preserve product context, decisions, and customer insights Coordinate between different product teams to establish aligned metrics, help plan product town-halls, cross-linked quarterly roadmaps and work with software delivery PMOs to ensure timely delivery Ensure product managers are able to access feedback across the board to help them create their roadmaps. Design and facilitate cross-functional coordination between product, product marketing & growth marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistent go-to market, and launch processes Build mechanisms for roadmap visibility and communication to different audiences (leadership, engineering, GTM teams, customers) Work with Product Analytics and PMs to ensure defined north star metrics across teams are tracked and reported in a streamlined manner to product heads and management, along with roadmap related pre and post launch metrics. Streamline tooling used, documentation practices across different product teams and develop standardized templates and processes for product specs, feature briefs, and decision logs Continuously identify bottlenecks in product workflows and implement solutions that enable scale Fluent in English (spoken and written); able to use English as a working language. Mandarin is a must-have. Cantonese is a strong plus for Hong Kong-based candidates. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of project management experience in the Internet or tech industry. At least 2 years working with product management, marketing and business teams (not just software development) PMP, PRINCE2, or ACP certification is a plus. Strong communication, cross-team coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Workday, and Notion. Familiarity with AI assistants and automated workflow tools (GPT, Zapier, Make) for reporting and data synchronization.
