About the Role We’re looking for a PMO to oversee end-to-end software development projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. This role will drive agile practices across global product and engineering teams, optimize workflows, and enhance overall team productivity through effective coordination and resource management. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of software development projects, ensuring progress and quality. Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, identify risks, resolve issues, and deliver results. Drive and implement agile practices across international product and engineering teams, continuously optimizing management processes to improve business satisfaction. Optimize resource allocation based on business and R&D needs to continuously enhance the overall productivity of the development team. Fluent in English (spoken and written); able to use English as a working language (required). Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of project management experience in the Internet industry. PMP, PRINCE2, or ACP certification is preferred. Strong ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, coordinate across teams, and solve problems.
