We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Intern to support our Project Management Office. The PMO Intern will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the PMO, ensuring that project management standards are maintained and that project data is accurate and accessible. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, data integrity, and supporting project teams to achieve their goals. \n Project Governance & Support: Assist in the implementation and enforcement of project management methodologies and best practices across the organization. Support project managers and teams by providing guidance on PMO processes, templates, and tools. Ensure all project documentation (e.g., charters, plans, status reports) is complete and stored in the designated repository. Data Management & Reporting: Collect, compile, and maintain accurate project data, including schedules, budgets, and resource information. Generate and distribute regular project status reports, dashboards, and portfolio summaries for leadership. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide initial analysis on project health and performance. Drive alignment and monitoring of departmental and individual OKRs across the organization Administrative Tasks: Manage and update the project portfolio management system or tool. Coordinate project meetings, record minutes, and track action items to completion. Facilitate project closure activities, including the collection of lessons learned. Assist with resource management and capacity planning efforts. Risk & Issue Management: Help in maintaining the project risk and issue log, ensuring that entries are up-to-date and have clear owners. Support the PMO Manager in escalating significant risks and issues to appropriate stakeholders. Requirements and Qualifications Fresh graduate holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 0-1 of experience in a project coordination, project support, or PMO-related role. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project). Strong skills in Microsoft Office / Google Suite, particularly Excel / Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
