This role focuses on the governance and management of logistics projects within Mexico, ensuring alignment with overall supply chain strategy.
Key responsibilities
include managing CAPEX/OPEX investment budgets, actively engaging with stakeholders across the supply chain, and co-leading initiatives to deliver AC Gross Productivity targets while maintaining a robust project pipeline (Sufficiency > 100%, Robustness 100%).
The role also involves conducting productivity governance for CS&L, partnering on the Mexico project agenda, ensuring financial reporting accuracy, and participating in productivity councils (both regional and global).
