• Assist with project planning and documentation.
• Track project progress and identify potential issues.
• Facilitate team communication and collaboration.
• Contribute to process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Proactivity, dynamism, and a willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of project management (certifications like CAPM or PMP are a plus).
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
