• Own and maintain the programme governance framework and controls.
• Lead integrated planning, reporting, RAID and dependency management.
• Oversee programme budgets, forecasts, actuals and financial reporting.
• Produce high-quality MI and insight for senior leadership.
• Coordinate executive governance forums, including papers, actions and decisions.
• Lead and develop the PMO team.
• Drive consistent PMO processes and standards across workstreams.
• Provide constructive challenge and ensure risks and issues are proactively managed.
