Our deployed workforce of 1,200+ consultants work on projects and BAU assignments across a diverse customer base.
FinXL is looking to engage a PMO Lead With extensive operational experience in developing and implementing project controls in complex programs and active baseline, NV 1 or NV 2 Clearance for a 6 months contract.

Key skills and experience include:

• Build strong relationships with all levels of the organisation to understand strategic priorities and ensure PMO services meet business needs.
• Extensive experience as PMO Lead/Manager for large complex environments
• Guide teams through projects, developing project management capability through coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Must have an active Australian Clearance
• Proven experience developing, implementing and maintaining project controls in complex programs ideally for federal government clients
