Role Profile:

• Leading delivery activity, establishing effective PMO discipline, and owning programme-level governance and decision-making structures
• Demonstrate that they have delivered projects and programmes in a fast pasted environment as well as being adaptable in their approach
• Supporting business leads and operational PMO managers in establishing and setting up projects and programmes for success
• Setting delivery standards, ways of working, templates and controls across the organisation (including support and evolution of the PM Delivery Framework)
• Leading the delivery of discrete projects or complex workstreams, from initiation through to closure, including scope definition, planning, dependency management, risk control and benefits realisation
• Managing key project and programme processes including monitoring and reporting, risk & issue management, planning and governance, translating complex delivery information into clear, actionable insight for key stakeholders
• Designing, implementing and continuously improving programme and portfolio governance, ensuring it is proportionate, outcome focused and supports decision making
