Establish and lead the Programme Management Office (PMO) for a major election programme, supporting required governance, reporting and delivery frameworks, within an EPMO environment, which underpins the integrity of democratic processes across NSW Operate at a senior level, partnering closely with the Director Elections Programme, executive stakeholders and EPMO to drive, programme rhythm, risk management, performance reporting and support strategic programme oversight Apply advanced PMO and data expertise to support the programme rhythm, coordinate complex multi-stream projects, influence diverse stakeholders and ensure election initiatives are delivered on time, on budget and to the required standards About the Role The Elections PMO Lead role will establish and lead the programme management office for the major election program, providing governance, reporting and oversight to ensure complex, multi-stream initiatives are delivered effectively. Working closely with the Director Elections Programme and senior stakeholders, you will coordinate programme controls, manage risks and issues, develop executive dashboards and drive consistent application of EPMO frameworks across the programme. This role is central to ensuring the election programme is delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards, while safeguarding the integrity and transparency of election operations across NSW. The role is Temporary Full-time up to 30 June 2027.
