Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Program Management Officer (PMO) to support a major ERP transformation program at a leading global FMCG manufacturer. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, international team working on one of the most significant digital transformation initiatives in the company’s history.
You’ll play a key part in supporting, tracking, and advising across multiple workstreams, ensuring the program maintains momentum, transparency, and alignment with strategic goals. The role blends Agile and traditional project delivery practices in a complex, matrixed environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out core PMO functions: support, track, enforce governance, and advise stakeholders.
Maintain dashboards, reports, program documentation, and transformation plans.
Facilitate sprint planning and retrospective meetings in coordination with Agile teams.
Coordinate activities and interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
Support the Program Manager in planning, budgeting, risk/issue tracking, and quality assurance.
Promote Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) in a primarily Waterfall ERP program.
Monitor delivery progress using burn-down charts and ensure adherence to definitions of ready/done.
