We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi. Job Brief: We’re hiring a PMO Lead to lead delivery operations across Jeeny’s engineering teams. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will drive execution discipline, cross-team coordination, and visibility across all product and tech delivery cycles. Responsibilities: Delivery Governance & Execution Rhythm Establish and maintain the PMO governance framework, delivery methodologies, standards, and processes across the organization. Implement organization-wide project lifecycle standards (intake, prioritization, approval, execution, closure). Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and documentation requirements. Lead sprint planning, backlog hygiene, and release readiness across engineering teams. Develop and maintain execution dashboards, tracking velocity and delivery health. Enforce Jira process discipline and implement reporting automation. Ensure consistent sprint execution and delivery alignment across Tech, QA, and Product. Establish a predictable and efficient delivery rhythm across the tech organization. Cross-Team Collaboration & Dependency Management Standardize Jira practices, sprint cadence, and release tracking across teams. Drive cross-functional coordination to resolve execution dependencies and blockers. Align delivery timelines with product and business roadmaps. Act as a strategic partner to Engineering and Product leadership. Maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders. Facilitate PMO governance forums such as Steering Committees, and Delivery Reviews. Ensure alignment between Tech, Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders on priorities and resource allocation. Performance Metrics & Reporting Define and monitor engineering performance KPIs (e.g., PR cycle time, sprint velocity, blocker aging). Collaborate with People & Culture to provide input on engineering performance assessments. Partner with Product Ops to deliver accurate delivery forecasts and OKR reports. Team Leadership & Coordination Oversight Manage and coach Project Coordinators and junior TPMs to ensure alignment and execution excellence. Promote consistent Jira usage, sprint discipline, and reporting standards across teams. Build scalable coordination frameworks and ensure transparency in delivery performance. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred). 4-6 years of experience managing technical projects. Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of software projects, ideally within Agile/Scrum frameworks. Proficient in Agile/Scrum practices, JIRA, and effective cross-functional communication. PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking/reporting tools. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills - able to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, QA, and Design teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and delivery excellence. Skilled in risk management, dependency tracking, and resource planning. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), DevOps, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
