  • Key responsibilities:🔹 Establish and continuously improve the PMO framework, governance and reporting🔹 Provide portfolio-level oversight across milestones, RAID, dependencies and delivery health🔹 Develop visibility of resource demand, capacity and utilisation🔹 Track budgets, forecasts, costs and benefits alongside Finance🔹 Produce concise, decision-focused reporting for executive and Board audiences🔹 Challenge Project Managers constructively and drive consistent reporting without direct line authority🔹 Improve and automate portfolio reporting and processes
