LOCKROSE is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to support the delivery of major infrastructure programmes within the energy sector.

This is a senior, client-side role operating within a highly regulated environment, where you will lead the Project Management Office (PMO) function across a portfolio of complex infrastructure construction projects. You will be responsible for embedding robust governance, controls, and reporting, while providing clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Working closely with programme leadership and delivery teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered in line with cost, schedule, risk, and performance objectives, while driving continuous improvement across PMO practices.

  • Provide portfolio-level oversight across cost, schedule, risk, and change, ensuring projects are controlled against agreed baselines
  • Develop and maintain performance reporting, dashboards, and metrics, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Support cost management and forecasting activities, working closely with finance and project teams to ensure robust financial control
  • Oversee integrated planning and scheduling, ensuring alignment across programmes and visibility of key dependencies and risks
  • Lead risk and issue management processes, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and actively managed at portfolio level
