The Opportunity We’re seeking a hands-on PMO Lead to play a key role in a major NZ Integration Program, ensuring strong governance while actively supporting delivery outcomes. This is not a traditional reporting PMO role, you’ll work closely with delivery teams to identify risks, solve problems, and drive progress. You’ll own core PMO functions including financial management, RAID, governance forums, and executive reporting, but also step into delivery where needed to keep the program on track. Success in this role requires a proactive, delivery-focused mindset, the ability to connect dependencies across teams, and confidence engaging senior stakeholders. You’ll translate complex delivery data into clear insights, challenge assumptions, and ensure decisions are informed and timely. Drive program transparency and control, ensuring leaders have a clear, accurate view of delivery health Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and take ownership of driving them to resolution Act as a trusted partner to delivery leads, stepping in to unblock issues and keep work moving Ensure financial discipline, aligning delivery progress with budget, forecasts, and funding decisions Lead RAID and change governance, ensuring impacts are understood and managed early Translate complex delivery detail into clear, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders Improve delivery outcomes by challenging assumptions, connecting dependencies, and enabling better decisions Bring a hands-on, outcome-focused approach, contributing beyond reporting to actively support execution About you Proven experience in a hands-on PMO or delivery role within complex programs Strong delivery mindset - you understand how projects run and how to keep them moving Highly proactive and solutions-focused, with a track record of stepping in to solve problems Confident managing financials, forecasting, and variance analysis in a program environment Deep experience with RAID, governance, and change control processes Strong ability to simplify complex information and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Not just an administrator - you’re someone who adds real value to delivery Why Join Us?
