CLEARANCE: BASELINE SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED

We are currently seeking experienced professionals who bring a rare combination of strategic oversight and hands-on scheduling expertise. This hybrid role blends the strengths of a PMO Lead with a strong background in project scheduling and coordination, supporting complex programs of work across a dynamic portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)
• Demonstrated experience in complex program environments
• Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and across distributed teams

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules across multiple workstreams
• Lead or support PMO functions including governance, reporting, risk/issue tracking, and assurance
• Provide accurate and timely schedule updates and forecasts
• Collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure delivery alignment
• Drive continuous improvement in PMO and scheduling processes
