About the Role: The Project Management Office (PMO) sits at the heart of Victoria University’s digital and strategic transformation. We are a collaborative, future‑focused team bringing together expertise in governance, change, finance, communications, and project delivery. Position Key Duties: Lead and continuously improve portfolio governance frameworks, PMO standards, and digital delivery methodologies. Oversee the governance of all portfolio initiatives to ensure delivery against agreed scope, schedule, budget, and benefits. Coordinate key governance boards and forums, ensuring high‑quality papers, documentation, and decision tracking. Manage the demand management “front door” process to assess, prioritise, and govern new initiatives entering the portfolio. Oversee portfolio financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and alignment to approved allocations. Develop and maintain benefits management frameworks to support identification, tracking, and realisation of business value. Deliver high‑quality portfolio reporting, dashboards, and insights to senior stakeholders and governance bodies. Lead, mentor, and develop PMO and portfolio team members to uplift capability and drive service excellence.
