The PMO Lead will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management best practices, ensuring consistent governance, and driving the successful delivery of strategic projects across OneDigital. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, this role will provide leadership in project oversight, risk management, resource allocation, and overall execution.
The PMO Lead will have the opportunity to shape the delivery framework for OneDigital’s critical initiatives, working closely with project teams, senior leadership, and cross-functional departments to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget and aligned with the broader business strategy.
This role is ideal for a highly organized and strategic leader with strong experience in project management office (PMO) leadership, complex program execution, and cross-functional team management.

Responsibilities
  • PMO Framework & Governance: Design, implement, and continuously improve the PMO framework, including standardised processes, governance models, reporting mechanisms, and project methodologies.
  • Project Delivery Oversight: Manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring effective project planning, resource management, and execution to meet business objectives.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify potential risks and obstacles early in the project lifecycle, ensuring that mitigation strategies are developed and communicated.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with senior leaders and key business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency across all projects. Manage expectations, resolve issues, and provide timely project status updates.
  • Resource Planning & Allocation: Ensure appropriate allocation of resources and capabilities across all projects, working closely with the relevant departments to optimise team performance and productivity.
  • Decision Forum & Reporting: Lead the preparation of project status updates and content for Decision Forums, ensuring leadership is kept informed on key project milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, focusing on best practices, process optimisation, and the identification of opportunities for greater efficiency in project delivery.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
