Description
Strategic Program Planning & Capability Development Lead the development and execution of strategic program plans that align with organizational objectives and drive measurable outcomes. Assess organizational maturity across people, processes, and technology to identify capability gaps and prioritize investments that enable successful program delivery. Build and maintain a comprehensive roadmap of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with OKRs and long-term business goals. Establish repeatable and efficient frameworks for evaluating operating and business models to support transformation efforts. Ensure all programs and projects align with the defined business architecture and contribute to strategic goals. Act as a trusted advisor to CO+I functional leaders, providing strategic guidance and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Lead change management efforts to ensure high user adoption and realization of business value from transformation initiatives. Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business management or related field AND 6+ years of experience in technical program/product management OR equivalent experience. 1+ years people management experience. 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 10+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects 7+ years of people management experience High proficiency in verbal and written communication, ability to interact with both technical & business subject matter experts across multiple organizational levels Proven experience in statistical analysis and ability to apply Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce defects, eliminate waste, and improve process efficiency. Experience facilitating Kaizen events or workshops to drive rapid, focused improvements in operational processes Previous experience in cloud infrastructure management
