In this role you will lead our team of Project Managers and Program Managers to deliver the most innovative Core Networks products and solutions to our customers in LATAM North. You will also be driving innovation and competitiveness. What you will do: Manage the unit responsible for program delivery towards all customers in LATAM North Collaborate with wider CSS PMO, CSS Core Networks, Customer Units and Business Area to drive initiatives that runs across multiple organizations specially benefitting the project management workstreams of governance, compliance, tools, and processes Organize and facilitate governance, strategic and tactical boards and meetings for the unit Provide oversight to programs of high importance and collaborate with executives to gain support to resolve issues Manage talent demand and talent pool, including leveraging and contributing to the global inventory Drive performance management (process) Drive competence management Look after unit finance within your group An M.Sc, MBA or equivalent through experience Project Management (PMP) Certification 8+ years of experience from managing complex Systems Integration Projects and Programs in Core Networks, ideally 3+ of them in a managerial position. 7+ years of managing external customers, partners and executive stakeholders Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy Strong writing, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills Exceptional leadership skills with ability to collaborate across several units Obsession with cost, quality, and competitiveness with excellent financial acumen. Excellent Social and communication skills Acting with integrity and drive ethics and compliance adherence throughout the organization Embrace Speak-up Proficient in Spanish and English (both written and verbal communication) Customer and market insights Knowledge of the sales process Experience with multiple areas of the Core Networks Portfolio The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
