• Program Boost: You drive the management of Combat Air Systems programs/projects such as Eurofighter Tranche 5.
• Risk and opportunity management: You are responsible for risk and opportunity management throughout all lifecycle phases.
• Scheduling: You are responsible for scheduling through all project phases, including Schedule Risk Analysis.
• PMO Support: You provide continuous support to program/project managers throughout the entire lifecycle
• Data integration: You integrate and provide quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision-making processes at the program management and customer levels.
• Stakeholder communication: You ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Integration & Analysis: You integrate and analyze scope/requirements, time, costs and resources.
• Risk scenarios: You lead the program/project-oriented risk and opportunity management, including Monte Carlo simulation and risk scenarios.
• Performance Monitoring: You monitor, control, and report on program/project performance.
• Maturity Gate Management: You are responsible for maturity gate management and lessons learned recording.
• Change Management: You are responsible for the configuration control of contractual data and change management.

• You have a completed degree in engineering, aerospace or business informatics (at least a Master's or Diploma).
• You have experience in project management.
• You have experience in Risk & Opportunity Management.
• You have experience in scheduling and project planning.
• You have detailed knowledge of MS Project.
• You are familiar with the PM tools Active Risk Manager (ARM) and Unified Planning.
• Ideally, you have already worked with Jira and Confluence.
• You communicate fluently in German and English.
• You impress with your strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You work analytically, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• You actively drive change and can successfully integrate cross-functional teams.
• You work proactively and independently.
• You possess strong teamwork and cooperation skills in an international environment.
