Your tasks:

The job holder (m/f/d) works as PMO Manager Combat Air Systems

The main tasks include:

• Optimization of the management of programs/projects in the field of combat aircraft systems (e.g. Eurofighter Tranche 5)
• Responsibility for risk and opportunity management across all phases of the life cycle
• Responsibility for scheduling across all phases of the life cycle
• Providing PMO support for program and project managers in all phases of the lifecycle
• Responsibility for compiling and providing quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision-making at the program management and customer levels.
• Ensuring effective communication and targeted stakeholder management
• Integration and analysis of scope of work/requirements, schedules, costs and resources
• Leading risk and opportunity management for programs/projects
• Project scheduling including analysis of schedule risks
• Conducting Monte Carlo simulations and creating risk scenarios
• Monitoring, control and reporting of program/project performance
• Management of maturity milestones (maturity gates) and recording of lessons learned
• Contract-related configuration control of data / change management

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed university studies in the field of aerospace engineering, business informatics, project management or an equivalent qualification and professional experience acquired elsewhere.
• Demonstrable experience in project management, risk management and project planning of at least 2 years is required.
• very good knowledge of MS Project and project management tools such as ARM (Active Risk Management) or Unified Planning
• Experience with Jira / Confluence is desirable.
