POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Account PMO Manager to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of various end user compute and various IT-related projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to ensure successful project outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 8 years in project management, with at least 5 years in a PMO environment.
  • Certifications : PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Technical Skills : Familiarity with desktop hardware, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
  • Software Proficiency : Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience managing desktop refresh projects in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership : Lead and manage desktop refresh projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Resource Coordination : Collaborate with IT, various IT vendors, and other departments to allocate resources effectively and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues proactively.
  • Process Improvement : Continuously assess and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and post-project evaluations.
