  • Helping plan project scope, milestones, deliverables and timelines
  • Building and maintaining project schedules, and allocating technical staff, developers and equipment
  • Organising project meetings, progress reviews and client handovers, including agendas, minutes and action registers
  • Preparing quotes, change requests and contract variations, and helping negotiate changes in scope with clients
  • Keeping an eye on contractor and supplier work against agreed work orders
  • Raising purchase orders, reconciling supplier invoices and coordinating client invoicing at agreed milestones
  • Tracking project costs against budget and flagging variances
