ABOUT THE ROLE

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a PMO Manager to work for our client within the technology sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in London.
Our client is seeking an experienced PMO Manager who will ensure best practices and integration within their governance framework, with a strong focus on reporting, resource management, and PMO excellence. The position requires working closely with the Group Leader of PMO and reporting to the Head of Transformation and Project Delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the integration of best practices within the PMO governance framework
  • Drive excellence in PMO operations, utilizing tools such as Project Online
  • Oversee RAID management and risk management processes
  • Manage and deliver comprehensive reporting, including financial data from D365 to PowerBI
  • Understand stakeholder needs and manage resources effectively to meet those needs
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a team of 10 resources, including junior staff.
  • Directly manage 4 direct reports and 2 data analytics members
