About The Role: Develop, manage, and enhance lending products (e.g., SME loans) to drive portfolio growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. A Strategic and hands on leader to establish and evolve our Governance and Project Management Office. This role will be responsible for shaping the frameworks , tools and practices that guide how projects are prioritized , executed and delivered across the organization. Job Accountabilities This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high standard of governance to ensure decisions are aligned with the organization strategy and the strategy remains compliant with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast moving environments , can connect business strategy with execution , and enjoys building collaborative structure that empower teams to deliver exceptional results. Will be required to work closely with cross functional leaders in project management , product, service delivery, support and operations to ensure projects are aligned with business goals and customer outcome.

Responsibilities

Establish and evolve the Governance and Project Management Office by shaping frameworks, tools, and practices for project prioritization and execution. Ensure all decisions align with organizational strategy and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
