Bringg is building one of the most complex online platforms in global e-commerce- a mission-critical system that processes millions of transactions every year for some of the world’s biggest brands. Our platform combines advanced algorithms, AI-driven decision-making, and distributed architectures across a broad spectrum of modern technologies. We’re looking for a strong PMO to join our Product & RND department for maternity leave cover for up to six months. The role focuses on strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and other departments. What You’ll Do Strategic Planning: Lead quarterly and annual planning processes, ensuring alignment of goals and priorities across the Product House. Track progress on key initiatives and communicate updates to leadership. Project & Program Management: Oversee execution of major initiatives, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, and business objectives. Resource Planning: Manage capacity and resource allocation across teams, supporting workload balance and delivery efficiency. Process Improvement: Build and refine workflows that enhance clarity, accountability, and collaboration across departments. Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs, maintain dashboards, and analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate projects across Product, R&D, DevOps, Customer Success, and other departments to ensure smooth execution. Problem Solving: Identify risks early, anticipate challenges, and develop structured solutions to keep execution on track. What You Bring 5+ years in PMO roles from SaaS product companies. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Jira, Monday.com, Google Sheets, and dashboard tools (e.g., EazyBI). Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Ability to build trust and alignment across teams and influence without authority.
