Description
Location Tashkent Duration  2 Year Fixed Term Contract  Purpose * Organizing document flow, tracking, and disseminating information essential for effective teamwork. * Maintaining uninterrupted workflow across Group projects in line with DPW corporate policies. * Fluent English skills required for successful task implementation. Job Accountabilities * Demonstrates and articulates what a safe working culture is and means. Applies these principles in the way work is done.  * Develops and maintains GPPMD - PMO documentation within a PPM system. * Maintain cost monitoring of committed funds against approved budgets applying EVM methodology. * Coordinate and report with GPPMD on the strategy and direction to be implemented on the Projects. * Provide status reporting regarding network progress, milestones, deliverables, costs, budgets, dependencies, risks and issues. Job Context Qualifications and Experience * Bachelors degree (or higher) in project management, business administration, economics or related field. * At least 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator, Procurement or Contract Manager. * Experience in managing contracts. Skills * High level scheduling, computer literacy (MS Office) and report writing skills. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Well-developed data analysis skills. * Mentoring and development of people. * Information seeking. * Analytical thinking. * Organizational awareness. * Attention to detail. * Initiative. * Impact and influence.
