Copenhagen, Denmark The role We are looking for a structured and collaborative PMO Operations Manager to support the day-to-day functioning and alignment of our Group PMO. In this role, you will work closely with Portfolio Directors and the PMO Partner to ensure a well-run, consistent, and efficient PMO across portfolios. You will act as a central enabler of structure, governance, and coordination helping to maintain standards, improve processes, and support the overall effectiveness of the PMO. This is an internally focused role, where you will play a key part in driving alignment, supporting colleagues, and strengthening how we work across the PMO. Key responsibilities Portfolio & Operational Support Support Portfolio Directors with coordination and administrative tasks across portfolios Act as a first point of contact for questions related to PMO ways of working, tools, and templates Process, Tools & Governance Support the implementation and consistent use of PMO tools (including Monday.com) and processes Contribute to continuous improvements of PMO templates, routines, and frameworks Help ensure alignment and adherence to PMO standards and governance Internal Communication & Engagement Communicate updates related to processes, tools, and governance across the PMO Collect and share PMO success stories and updates via internal channels (e.g. SaxoNet, Teams) Administrative & Coordination Support Prepare documentation, meeting materials, and capture minutes from key decision forums Support onboarding of new PMO colleagues (tools, governance, processes, and ways of working) Your profile We are looking for a structured and service-minded professional who enjoys creating clarity, supporting others, and improving how things work in practice. You bring a strong coordination mindset, combined with a pragmatic approach to processes and tools.
