Job Description Ops PMO – Senior Manager Brief about the Team & Fractal: Fractal Analytics is Leading Fortune 500 companies leverage Big Data, analytics and technology to drive smarter, faster and more accurate decisions in every aspect of their business. Project Coordination: Project workflow management for the lifecycle of the project including but not limited to Project initiation, Project tracking, Risk capturing and status updates to stakeholders by working closely with the project /program manager; Manage project/resource allocations independently Commercial Management: Conduct monthly/periodic activities related to revenue forecast, revenue recognition, finalizing invoice amount and details, monitoring unbilled and outstanding while coordinating with Delivery and Finance team; Deep dive of Financial MIS and reporting, as required Compliance and Operations: Ensure delivery is managed efficiently and effectively, in line with relevant policies and standards; Ensure necessary documentation and update of Third Party Agreements relevant for data usage, Data Security, Polices and Procedures (client specific); Maintain audit trail of relevant information; Be a SPOC for IT related issues for the client teams s/he is supporting; Provide administrative support to team for managing client specific process requirements Stakeholder Management: Establish strong rapport with key stakeholders, Senior Business Leaders, IT and Human Capital (HC); Effectively communicate with, influence and manage stakeholders at all levels, taking account of their levels of influence and interest. This includes identifying, addressing and resolving differences between individuals and/or interest groups, using suitable channels for achieving clear outcomes, consensus and conflict resolution. Issue resolution: Use problem-solving methodologies to propose creative solutions to solve operational sporadic and recurring issues related to technology, access, connectivity, allocation, etc. Special projects: Time-to-time lead adhoc projects that helps improve the overall experience for the team and client. Example: Implementing new data security measures, workspace management, setting-up knowledge management portal, implementing workflows Other activities: Create and maintain key MIS reports to be shared with clients and internal stakeholders; Ensuring timely responses to all emails, requests and queries raised by delivery team and enabling functions like Finance, IT, Staffing, Operational Excellence on Operational matters related with the client accounts being supported What We’re Looking For 8+ years experience as PMO analyst, PMO consultant, PMO lead or a similar role, preferably in Analytics or IT/ITES services industry Advanced MS Excel (not VBA)Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS applications Ability to analyze a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings Strong program coordination and administration abilities. Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Solid communication and interpersonal skills, should have great attitude towards work and focused Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
