HELLO! THANKS FOR STOPPING BY. LET US TELL YOU ABOUT ALL THE GREAT REASONS TO JOIN US HERE AT YORKSHIRE WATER:
WHAT WE DO:
Everyone has an idea of what a water company does. Here in Yorkshire, we make sure that over 5.4 million people living in the region and the millions of people who visit our region each year, can rely on our services, and have clean and safe drinking water on tap and that their wastewater is taken away. But for us, it’s so much more than this.
We look after communities, protect the environment, and plan to look after Yorkshire’s water, today, tomorrow 24/7, 365 days a year. We provide essential water and wastewater services to every corner of the Yorkshire region, and play a key role in the region’s health, wellbeing, and prosperity.
New environmental legislation, unprecedented levels of investment and changing expectations from customers means that this is an exciting time to discover opportunities within the water industry. Asset Delivery PMO are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators.
In AMP8, Asset Delivery PMO will support a multi-billion pound programme of capital investment across YW’s clean and wastewater assets. The Capital Programme is growing by over 50% as we move into AMP8.
The Performance and Insights Manager will play a critical role in the successful delivery of the portfolio by leading a team of Asset Investment, and Reporting specialists. You will be responsible for providing the data against which Asset Investment decisions will be made in order to inform business plan budgets. You will track and report insights and trends and monitor the performance of the portfolio against allowances, milestones and regulatory outcomes. You will manage stakeholders at all levels but in particular will be responsible for providing strategic overview and upward reporting of the performance of the programme to the BIC (Business Investment Committee) and other senior stakeholder groups and committees.
WHAT SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:
The role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, along with experience in managing complex data and driving process improvements.
