EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree. 5 years directly related and progressively responsible experience in project management, including remote teams Proven success working with all levels of management Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation skills Project and Innovation certifications are a plus (i.e.: PMP, Prince Design Thinking)

Creating frameworks for Facilities Projects Coordinating Facilities Regional Programs Supporting yearly budgets forecasting process Project manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of the designated project to ensure that the objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Lead conversations to identify and evaluate projects risk and propose solutions to mitigate them Monitors and track the program (project)’s progress and handle issues that arise. Create and maintain comprehensive project systems, documents, plans, and reports. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. Facilitate Impact analysis sections. Mobilize the team and information to create business cases in partnership with a cross-functional team Lead close-out, lessons learned, and to facilitate the transition from the project phase to the operational phase Proactively identify and implement improvements to the Project Management & PMO methodology Flexibility and availability to travel as required Performs related duties as assigned.
