Job Description

LEVEL: MID-LEVEL

Location: Toluca, México (Must be located near the area to accommodate frequent visits to the Stellantis plant, 3-4 times per week)
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager for Propulsion Systems to join our dynamic team. This role is key in ensuring the successful management and coordination of propulsion system projects, working closely with Stellantis and internal teams to meet project goals and timelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing propulsion systems or automotive-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of propulsion system components and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Availability to visit the Stellantis plant 3-4 times per week.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
    Preferred Qualifications: • Certification in Project Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee propulsion system projects from initiation to completion.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Stellantis plant and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure compliance with client and company expectations. • Conduct regular visits to the Stellantis plant to oversee project progress and resolve on-site issues. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.
