Key Responsibilities

• PMO Setup & Operating Model: Architect, implement, and embed a centralized PMO function for a new Public Sector account. Lead setup activities, defining operating models, standards, project lifecycles, and essential toolkits.
• Governance & Change Oversight: Establish standard change governance frameworks, oversight controls, and tracking mechanisms across all projects and programmes.
• Delivery Oversight & Performance Reporting: Maintain continuous visibility over active delivery pipelines, ensuring risks, dependencies, and issues are promptly identified, surfaced, and resolved.
• Executive Support & Insights: Provide senior leadership with portfolio-level delivery insights, performance metrics, decision-making support, and resource planning guidance.
