Job Description You will take full ownership of SAP and non-SAP IT projects from initial scoping and planning through delivery, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization. Acting as the central point of coordination, you will lead SAP-driven and non-SAP initiatives covering ERP, MES, supply chain, finance, and related enterprise and operational systems, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and industrial constraints. You will manage complex integrations between SAP and non-SAP platforms, including MES, WMS, and shop-floor systems, effectively bridging the gap between IT and operational technology. Working closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, external vendors, and operations, you will ensure clear communication, realistic planning, and disciplined execution across heterogeneous system landscapes. You will proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and production constraints, particularly in 24/7 environments where system availability is critical. You will also oversee releases, cut-over activities, and post-go-live support for both SAP and non-SAP solutions, ensuring smooth transitions, stable operations, and long-term reliability. Qualifications Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or PMO, preferably in industrial or production environments Strong experience managing SAP-related projects In-depth knowledge of at least one SAP module, either: Logistics: MM, SD, PP, WM / EWM Finance: FI, CO Experience coordinating SAP integrations with MES, WMS, or other operational systems Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Structured, pragmatic, and able to drive decisions in complex environments Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus) Additional Information You will be part of our consulting organisation, with access to our Diegem co-working office.
