What you should know about the job: Our Customer Success team, based in LATAM, is looking for a highly analytical, strategy-driven, and organized individual to act as the right hand to the CS Director. This role is designed for a "professional translator" of ideas—someone who can take complex data and high-level visions and turn them into structured projects, powerful narratives, and actionable strategies. As the Strategy Enablement & PMO Lead, you will be the engine behind the CS leadership, ensuring that our strategic vision is executed with excellence and that our performance is consistently communicated through high-impact, data-driven storytelling. Your responsibilities as Strategy Enablement & PMO Lead: Data Storytelling & Executive Reporting: Support the CS Director in data analysis and trend monitoring; translate complex CS performance metrics into powerful presentations for VP and C-level executives, and external clients. Strategy Enablement & PMO: Ensure all CS projects are correctly scoped and executed on time; hold CS leaders accountable for delivery timelines and maintain the highest quality standards across all initiatives. Performance Monitoring & Risk Assessment: Analyze results to identify "red flags" and work closely with the CS Director to re-adjust priorities and pivot strategies where necessary. Strategic Partnerships: Support the Director in overseeing and optimizing strategic partnerships with key clients to drive long-term value. Retention & Pricing Strategy: Ensure retention processes are strictly followed, propose strategic pivots to increase stickiness, and lead the creation of playbooks for retention, pricing, and operational excellence. Documentation Management: Take full ownership of all departmental documentation, playbooks, and knowledge management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between LATAM leadership and cross-functional areas, including frequent interaction with our headquarters in Brazil. In your journey, we expect you to: Structure the Chaos: Be able to gather fragmented ideas and transform them into a structured, executable project plan. Synthesize Complexity: You can sit in a brainstorming session, gather a dozen disconnected ideas, and walk out with a structured, multi-phase project plan. Be a Master Storyteller: Possess an incredible ability to research, gather data, and build a compelling narrative that influences senior leadership. Maintain Operational Rigor: Be obsessed with quality, deadlines, and the fine details of strategy execution. Qualifications you’ll need: Experience: 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, PMO, or as a Chief of Staff in a high-growth tech environment. Analytical Prowess: Expert-level data analysis skills with the ability to draw insights from "messy" data sets. Visual Communication: Mastery of PowerPoint/Google Slides with a "consulting-style" aesthetic (clean, data-driven, and persuasive). Languages: Fluent in English. Basic Portuguese is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Mindset: A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
