Job Description We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions Change team. This role is key to supporting governance and control across our change portfolio, ensuring projects run smoothly and stakeholders receive the highest level of service. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the delivery of key project and portfolio processes to meet stakeholder requirements Maintaining accurate portfolio, project and resource data within PPM tools Monitoring adherence to lifecycle frameworks, standards and controls Tracking and supporting monthly finances including cost reporting and accruals Producing meeting packs and capturing actions and decisions accurately Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and sharing best practice Supporting Project Managers with mandate and business case submissions and approvals Implementing governance and reporting for changes impacting customers Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Experience working in a PMO or similar environment Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Ability to communicate effectively and build strong stakeholder relationships Knowledge of project management processes, tools and performance metrics Analytical mindset with exposure to financial tracking and reporting Experience using PPM tools such as KeyedIn (or similar) A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
