What You'll Bring Required Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, or related field. 8–10 years of experience in leadership roles within consulting or technical environments. Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and implement strategic initiatives. Strong communication and organizational skills with a hands-on leadership approach. Preferred Experience in health and safety leadership programs. Background in commercial management and resource optimization. Familiarity with performance management frameworks and talent development strategies. Key Responsibilities Health & Safety Leadership: Promote ERM’s safety culture, ensure training compliance, and lead safety audits. Commercial Leadership: Monitor team KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and optimize resource utilization. People Management: Engage, inspire, and manage team performance, skill development, and succession planning. Communication: Chair team meetings, share critical updates, and foster continuous improvement. Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to global and local policies and procedures.
