The role The DMS PMO & Training Lead ensures the successful deployment, adoption, and sustained use of the Distributor Management System (DMS) across market. This role provides end‑to‑end PMO governance for the DMS rollout while leading the design, localization, and delivery of training programs tailored to distributor operations including the Modern Trade Order process. They work closely with the DMS Deployment Lead, Global Opus teams, and PH Core group to ensure alignment with the global template, readiness of all distributor teams, and consistent execution of deployment standards. The role is critical in building distributor capability, ensuring training effectiveness, and driving smooth transition to new ways of working. What you'll be responsible for: Program Management & Governance (PMO) Establish and manage market-level DMS deployment plan, timelines, and milestones Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across all workstreams Ensure alignment with global standards, templates, and governance frameworks Provide regular updates to stakeholders and escalate critical risks Coordinate cross-functional teams ( Sales, Distributor Operations, Change Management) Training Strategy & Execution Design and implement the end-to-end DMS training strategy for rollout teams distributors and internal users Develop a structured training plan Lead and coordinate training sessions, schedules, logistics, and participant tracking with the rollout teams. Ensure all users are trained before system deployment Design and implement metrics to measure training effectiveness Training Content Development & Localization Create and maintain training materials (ie : user guides, Job aids, Videos / demos, Quick reference materials , FAQs) Localize training content to fit Simplify complex system processes into easy-to-understand, practical learning modules Trainer Capability & Delivery Act as Lead Trainer / Master Trainer for DMS Coach and enable local trainers (DMS Rollout Teams, Internal Team) and distributor champions Change Enablement & Support Support change management activities related to DMS adoption Reinforce new ways of working through training and engagement Provide post-go-live support, including refresher sessions and issue resolution Risk & Issue Management Identify risks related to: Training readiness Distributor capability Adoption challenges Propose and implement mitigation plans Escalate critical issues impacting deployment success We're looking for someone who: Strong experience in Program/Project Management (PMO) Proven experience in training design, delivery, and facilitation Ability to create training materials from scratch (clear, practical, user-friendly) Strong capability in localizing training content for different audiences Experience working with distributors, field sales, or external partners is highly preferred Ability to define and implement training effectiveness metrics and KPIs Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in system deployment (ERP, DMS, or similar platforms) is an advantage Ability to simplify complex systems into easy-to-understand learning content Comfortable working in fast-paced transformation environments What you'll get Alongside meaningful work and strong development, we offer a reward package that typically includes Market-competitive pay and performance related rewards Flexible ways of working Support for health, wellbeing and life outside of work Time off to rest and recharge Ongoing learning and development opportunities #TMICC Why join us?
