Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Transformation Office (TMO) team, focusing on the financial insurance business. The TMO Lead will play a crucial role in leading and driving the organizations transformation journey, ensuring business processes are optimized and the workforce is aligned with the organizations evolving goals. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business transformation, process reengineering, and change management, particularly in the financial insurance sector. This role will require designing transformation strategies, developing roadmaps, analyzing current business processes, and leading change management programs across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement transformation strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, particularly within the financial insurance domain. Define key priorities, milestones, and success metrics (KPIs) to drive the transformation process. Analyze current business processes (As-Is) and redesign future-state processes (To-Be) to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Conduct process mapping, reengineering, and performance tracking to ensure optimized end-to-end workflows. Collaborate with business units to continuously improve workflows and operations. Lead communication, training, and stakeholder engagement programs to ensure successful change adoption across the organization. Support workforce transformation and readiness, ensuring the team is prepared to embrace new systems and processes. Measure change adoption and monitor employee sentiment, using insights to drive continuous improvements. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, or related roles within the financial insurance sector. Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and business process reengineering. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Sprint Planning. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to measure and track performance and drive results based on KPIs. Experience with tools for process mapping, workflow automation, and data analysis. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement creative solutions to complex challenges.
