The role combines financial oversight and strategic reporting to support transformation and performance monitoring. Responsibilities: Lead and co-facilitate monthly budget monitoring committees with Finance (DFIN). Analyze budget variances and implement corrective action plans. Identify cost optimization opportunities. Monitor the Landing Plan (LP) and ensure alignment with forecasts. Coordinate the annual budget planning process (planning, analysis, arbitration, synthesis). Maintain and review the contract database. Produce and analyze monthly KPIs related to operational activity (volumes, Run indicators, workload planning). Support internal transformation projects within the division. Manage the Virtual Team and weekly presentations. Prepare and deliver monthly presentations comparing budget vs actual expenses. #LI-Hybrid Qualifications Profile: Excel: for data analysis and reporting. PowerPoint: for presentation and communication of budget and KPI insights. Strong background in project management, finance, or operations. Experience in budget control, KPI analysis, and contract management. Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and IT teams. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) Windows environment: general proficiency Analytical rigor: ability to interpret financial and operational data. Leadership: coordination of cross-functional teams and initiatives. Autonomy: proactive management of deliverables and timelines. Communication: clear and structured reporting to stakeholders.
