THE ROLE

As a PMS Migration Consultant, you’ll be part of our close-knit SQL specialist team, working with complex data sets, solving ETL challenges, and ensuring data integrity during critical Practice Management System migrations. You’ll work directly with clients, understanding their systems, applying business rules, and making sure their data is accurate, reconciled, and ready to drive results.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment but still enjoys the variety and problem-solving that comes with client projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Leading or contributing to client PMS data migrations, ensuring clean, accurate, and secure data transfer
• Designing data connectors to extract and process information from diverse sources (APIs, data lakes, CRMs, legacy systems)
• Configuring and customising ETL SQL scripts to reflect client-specific business rules
• Transforming and reformatting legacy PMS data into standardised structures
• Reconciling, validating, and balancing complex data sets across systems
• Creating dashboards using our proprietary tools
• Demonstrating work in team reviews and managing feedback
• Exploring new tools and techniques to keep your skills sharp
