Job Title: Machinist
Schedule: Full Time | Monday through Friday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM
Reports To: Production Manager
Location: 15223 Rt 87, Williamsport, PA 17701

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Machinist who shares our commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This role operates a variety of manual and CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and presses to manufacture precision components. As part of our production team, your focus will be on maintaining Kanban inventory levels, ensuring part quality, and embodying our values through daily work and collaboration.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a production environment
  • Comfortable using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and scales
  • Fine motor coordination for repetitive and detail-oriented tasks
  • Ability to focus on close-up visual inspections during handling
  • Able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Must be able to regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in machining or mechanical assembly is preferred
  • Experience operating tools such as lathes, mills, drills, and grinders
  • Understanding basic safety and manufacturing best
  • Completion of a vocational program or apprenticeship in machining
