CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and resolve issues with tool functionality, aiming to surpass production benchmarks.
• Deconstruct tools, judiciously identifying and replacing parts only when essential for optimum performance.
• Utilize manual tools to rehabilitate pneumatic and electric devices.
• Maintain detailed repair logs and reassemble, test and verify tools post-repair before dispatch.
• Handle shipments and coordinate tool flow to clients, maintaining communication via diverse channels.
