Sundown Oilfield Services Ltd. is a locally owned and operated company specializing in facility and pipeline construction, oilfield maintenance, and pumpjack services in the Grande Prairie area. We have experienced exceptional growth over the years and are well-established in various local projects, earning a reputation for our quality of work.
We are seeking a full-time PO Administrator to join our team. Please note that remote work is not available for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and perform tasks related to the purchase order life cycle by preparing, issuing, and changing purchase orders to ensure purchases are correctly billed out.
  • Communicate and interact effectively with requesters, supervisors, AP, and vendors on any purchasing-related items.
  • Support AP to ensure timely payment requirements.
  • Escalate procurement issues to Dispatch and/or Operations Manager.
  • Oversee contractor POs and follow up as required.
  • Provide additional administrative support to team members.
  • Complete administrative duties related to reporting, investigating, filing, emailing, and calling to ensure process efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.
