In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and processing purchase orders within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. You will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely procurement operations while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and vendor management protocols. Create and process purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with accuracy and efficiency Analyze procurement requirements and convert them into properly formatted purchase orders Manage the complete PO lifecycle, including creation, approval workflows, and vendor communication Ensure all purchase orders comply with organizational policies and procurement guidelines Maintain organized records and documentation of all PO transactions and related communications Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, supply chain, and operations to resolve procurement issues Monitor and track PO status, delivery schedules, and vendor performance Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to streamline PO creation workflows Perform data entry and validation to maintain data integrity within the D365 system Support month-end and quarter-end reconciliation activities related to purchase orders Qualifications Good Communication skills 2-4 years of professional experience in purchase order creation, procurement operations, or supply chain management Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) with hands-on experience in PO module functionality Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain workflows Proficiency in ERP systems and ability to navigate complex system interfaces Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all transactions Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently Organized approach to managing multiple POs and competing priorities Solid understanding of procurement compliance and organizational policies Preferred experience with D365 customization or advanced module configurations Preferred knowledge of vendor management systems and procurement compliance standards Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis #LI-HT1 Additional Information Do better every day - Accuracy and quality standards of assigned tasks Do better every day - Assigned tasks are completed on time/ as per schedule Collaborate to deliver our best work – cross-functional support as and when required. #LI-HT1 Join our social media conversations for more information about Turner & Townsend and our exciting future projects: Twitter Instagram LinkedIn It is strictly against Turner & Townsend policy for candidates to pay any fee in relation to our recruitment process.
