How will you do it 1. Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Fire Protection and Suppression systems. 2. Bring 10–12 years of global, customer-facing experience in fire protection projects. 3. Own and drive Squad KPIs, including performance tracking and implementation of corrective countermeasures. 4. Ensure compliance with regional/area-specific standards and norms. 5. Manage case distribution across the squad to balance workload effectively. 6. Proactively address and resolve people conflicts within the team. 7. Execute silo risk mitigation by managing peak and valley workloads, maintaining utilization between 90%–110%. 8. Take end-to-end responsibility for KPI’s, as defined by each region. 9. Ensure timesheet approval and accuracy. 10. Lead and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality, delivery, or productivity issues. 11. Ensure QA/QC adherence, including proper documentation and logging. 12. Identify squad competency gaps and drive required training and upskilling initiatives. 13. Act as the primary interface with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed within agreed schedules, budgets, and customer technical specifications. 14. Effectively manage and mentor a team of 10–12 designers. 15. Deliver weekly and monthly stakeholder reports covering project progress, risks, and mitigation plans. 16. Actively participate in and support organizational employee engagement initiatives. 1. BE / ME in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering. 2. 10–12 years of mandatory experience in Fire Protection Systems. 3. Proven experience in leading teams of 10–12 members. 4. Strong expertise in BSEN, FM, and NFPA standards. 5. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Ability to demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in Fire Protection Domain.
