JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized Podcast Production Assistant to work Full-time exclusively in English, providing administrative support across the pre-production, production, and post-production stages of the Sofia Unfiltered podcast. This role also involves creating promotional and engagement content—including social media posts, web pages, blogs, and newsletters—to connect with and promote the podcast.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1-2 years of proven experience in podcast production and digital media.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience with audio/video editing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with major podcast platforms is desirable.
• Creative mindset and a continuous desire for learning and growth in the field.

Pre-Production:

• Identify, invite, and coordinate interviews with a variety of podcast guests.
• Manage a guest database, ensuring the data is up-to-date and organized.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for pre-production, production, post-production, and social media promotion activities.
• Conduct research for episodes, occasionally preparing scripts and discussion topics.
• Maintain a consistent flow of high-quality content.
• Ensure the quality of recordings, including scheduling coordination and preparation of relevant documentation.
